Reflections on What God has Done
Five years have passed, marked by two broken relationships that served as poignant lessons on the true essence of humility. Amidst missed opportunities to support others and a self-centered pursuit, I witnessed life strip away what I mistakenly believed was mine. These adversities, however, taught me to find joy in the realization that God's greatness surpasses all challenges.
As we step into 2024, I've learned that blessings aren't just for us—they're meant to flow through us to bless others. Here's to hoping each day gives me what I need, so I can use all I have to make life better for those around me. I'll leave the results to God and can't wait to be amazed by the daily wonders ahead.
My Toast to 2019
That God would anchor us in His steadfast love and give us each a gracious and humble heart...
Because...
With a humble heart we can see and celebrate the true value in others
With a humble heart we can work to fulfill the needs of others
With a humble heart we can help others do their best and achieve what’s most important to them
With a humble heart we can rejoice in all things and be gentle in the face of adversity
With a humble and gracious heart we can be useful to God and an extension of His hands, His feet and His heart to His people.
